New Tribes Mission's Interface program is a four- to six-week, college-level missions course in the highlands of Papua New Guinea. While there you'll discover the heart of cross-cultural missions, come face-to-face with unknown realities as you learn from missionaries in the field and your life will never be the same. I had the opportunity to go to Interface this past May-June. The program culminated in a tribal side trip where we were able to see a functioning tribal new testament church. On our side trip we spent the night in a village. All the girls slept in one large round house and a few national ladies also stayed with us. We spent at least an hour that night singing songs. We'd sing one in English and then they'd sing one in Pidgin. The ladies taught us this song and we sang it with them in church the next day!
