Jan 31, 2012 - All reptiles can and will accept food daily it just depends on the portions keep in mnid a tegu and or monitors will accept food regardless of the size of there previous feeding so feeding them daily can lead to over feeding if the portions is not moderated. And yes they can be tamed to some extend very easily however most owners have and will be bitten at least once and these bites can be very severe such as lost/separation of phalanges
