This video clip is of a small rural market on a coastal village on the northern coastline of Manus Province, Papua New Guinea. THis market happens every Thurday at the Liap Community School grounds. This where villagers from Lowa, Liap, Derimbat and Ahus come together to buy,sell or trade items such as fish, sago, coconuts, betelnut, cassava, sweet potato etc between themselves.
