Benny Wenda News: West Papua -- The Road to Freedom. West Papua, in the western half of New Guinea, the large tropical island north of Australia -- has been illegally occupied by Indonesia for over 40 years. As part of the ongoing campaign for freedom, the Free West Papua Campaign and International Lawyers for West Papua joined forces on Tuesday (2nd August) to stage the Road to Freedom conference at Oxford Unversity's Examination Schools.
