BTW, Li Ka-Shing made a killing in Real Estate during the 1997 HK handover! Most HK Chinese are in fear of CCP Take-Over, so they starts to sell off their properties to move to Canada for example! This massively devalue the Real Estate in HK, which allowed Li Ka-Shing to buy those HK properties so cheaply!! >=P
